Hey Missoula, please feel free to cut/paste and share widely this post. It is imperative that all citizens, regardless of party, know how and where to vote. Below is that information. I will update with Missoula County polling locations as soon as they are available. Please SHARE. Please VOTE. It is essential to our democracy.
–Late Registration Has Begun–
If you are not registered to vote you can go to your county election office and register any day(normal hours) including on election day(May 25th) until closing(which is 8:00 in most locations). You can also ask for an absentee ballot and vote at that time.
All Election Offices on May 24th will be open for registering and voting from 8:00am until 12:00pm they will then close for voting from 12:00 until 5:00pm. They will re-open May 25th at 7:00am until 8:00pm
If you voted absentee in the last election (November) you are automatically receiving an absentee ballot. If you moved, changed your name etc.. please go to your local election office and make corrections. You can also vote at that time if you wish. You can check your voting status at: https://app.mt.gov/voterinfo
Absentee ballots were mailed out on May 1st.
Most counties will be utilizing their “normal” voting poll locations throughout their county. Any questions or concerns, please call your local county election office. Phone numbers are included below.
